Technical Issues

Broken features, error messages, login problems, or anything not working as expected

Accessibility

Screen reader issues, keyboard navigation problems, contrast issues, or barriers to access

Content Violations

Harassment, spam, misinformation, or content that violates our community guidelines

How to Report

Email us at support@risk1reward3.com with the subject line indicating the type of issue:

  • "Bug Report:" For technical issues
  • "Accessibility Issue:" For accessibility barriers
  • "Content Violation:" For guideline violations

What to Include

For Technical Issues

  • Description: What happened vs. what you expected
  • Steps to reproduce: How can we recreate the issue?
  • Environment: Browser, device, operating system
  • Screenshots: Visual evidence if applicable
  • Error messages: Any error text or codes
  • When it started: Recent or ongoing issue?

For Accessibility Issues

  • Barrier type: Screen reader, keyboard navigation, contrast, etc.
  • Assistive technology: What tools are you using?
  • Location: Which page or feature?
  • Expected behavior: What should happen instead?
  • Impact: Does this prevent you from accessing content?

For Content Violations

  • Content location: URL or specific post/comment
  • Violation type: Which guideline was violated?
  • Context: Why is this problematic?
  • Username: Who posted the content? (if known)
  • Screenshots: Evidence of the violation

Urgent Security Issues

If you've discovered a security vulnerability, please report it immediately with "SECURITY:" in the subject line. We take security seriously and will respond within 24 hours.

Do not publicly disclose security vulnerabilities until we've had time to address them.

What Happens Next

  • Acknowledgment: We'll confirm receipt within 24-48 hours
  • Investigation: We'll review and investigate the issue
  • Resolution: We'll fix technical issues or take action on violations
  • Follow-up: We'll update you on the outcome when appropriate

Confidentiality

All reports are reviewed confidentially. We protect reporter identities and handle sensitive information according to our Privacy Policy. For content violations, we may not disclose specific actions taken against other users.

False Reports

Deliberately filing false reports wastes our resources and may result in account restrictions. If you're unsure whether something violates our guidelines, please review our Community Guidelines or ask first.
